SOS Save Our Strays is dedicated to sheltering and sustaining the lives of companion animals. We are a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization - all your donations are tax-deductible.  SOS, Save Our Strays is run by all volunteers..this means ALL the money will go directly to the care of our animals... WE HAVE NO PAID STAFF!
Save Our Strays is a "no-Kill" organization.  We do not euthanize healthy adoptable pets.  Over the years Many dogs, Cats and other small furry creatures  have called Save Our Strays their 'sanctuary home' because they were not adoptable due to medical or behavioral issues. Save Our Strays has many "retirees" at our facility.  These pets require continued care and are currently "non adoptable" due to age, medical condition or other issues.  We are committed to caring for these animals until they live out their remaining years.  Due to space,  we are limited when adding new animals into our program.

Since our inception Save Our Strays has helped nearly 3,000 needy pets with  food and shelter. We are continuing our efforts to ensure no pet goes hungry. If you know of a needy situation where food assistance is necessary, please let us know. We usually have extra on hand. Save Our Strays also provides assistance to people through a "pet food bank" and offers support for veterinary care when funds allow.   We hope this additional focus will give people an alternative to "re-homing" their beloved companion and instead, allow them to continue to care for their Furry Family Member in the place where they belong - - their current home!  We welcome donations of pet food & money from the general public to help us continue this program.

Thanks for Caring. If every kid, school, or hospital had a furry companion -- the world would be a better place.
